We strive to provide a valuable and enriching experience for all our participants. If you are not completely satisfied with the program, we offer a refund policy subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, participants must meet the following requirements:

1. Attend the weekly Self Mastery Mastermind group calls

2. Complete and submit the provided calendar task tracker each week.

3. Complete at least three of the Self Mastery Mastermind modules.

4. Request refund within 30 days of purchase.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@buildresilience360.com and confirm that you have completed the above. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the program start date.

3. Evaluation of Refund Requests

Once we receive your refund request, we will review your participation records and determine eligibility based on the conditions outlined above. If you meet all the criteria, we will process your refund within 3 business days and you should see it back on your card within 7 business days.

5. Non-refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• Failure to attend the majority of the group calls.

• Inconsistent submission of the weekly calendar.

• Incomplete viewing of the Self Mastery Mastermind modules.

• Requests made after the 30 day refund request period.
